Job Description

Develop and maintain automated tests and automated deployment scripts for our suite of products. Analyze and publishes test results and troubleshoots test failures.

 Responsibilities

  • Design feature tests, automation, and scale tests.
  • Contribute automated tests to the test framework
  • Test web applications including service and data access layers
  • Work with the development team to determine the best test approach for new and existing functionality.
  • Become subject matter expert and go-to technical resource for the QA team

Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • 6+ years testing large-scale enterprise web applications
  • Experience writing testing scripts in Python (preferred) or other languages, using Selenium, TestNG and similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Linux or Unix command line tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries for troubleshooting and data access.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Hudson or Bamboo.
  • Knowledge of standard web applications, back-end, and rich-web technologies including but not limited to: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, Flash, SQL.
  • Understanding of web application security standards.

Pluses:

  • Experience with SaaS applications and deployment
  • Experience with SOAP and REST API’s
  • Performance and Load testing experience
