Job Description

As a digital consultant you are responsible for developing and delivering value for our clients within the following areas:

  • Creating digital marketing and customer strategies focusing on how to best engage with customers and through which (digital) routes to market.
  • Planning and coordinating resources necessary to support major strategic proposals including supporting RFP and /or demand-generated Digital sales opportunities
  • Providing digital expertise including self-service, social media, digital marketing campaigns, web and mobile usability, design, and content
  • Analysis of Digital Utility trends, case studies, and cross-industry analogs
  • Developing business and technology digital customer roadmap
  • Developing quantitative and qualitative benefit cases that justify investment in digital technology and capability development

Qualifications

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital strategy development, digital channel enablement, customer experience design, social media management or digital analytics.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with client-facing projects, ideally in management consulting environment
  • Proven experience in successful delivering (digital) projects and managing project teams.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to travel to clients sites Monday – Friday

Pluses:

  • 3+ years of social media management or digital analytics
  • Utilities meter to cash expertise
