Process Excellence and Change Enablement professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.

Job Description

Change Management group covers the entire lifecycle of change programs and includes the following core offerings:

  • Journey Management: bringing proven change management architectures and best practices to help clients navigate increasingly complex change journeys.
  • Change Enablement: enabling clients to manage their organizational change efforts, such as the transition to outsourcing, system and process-driven change, and large-scale business transformation, among others.
  • Organization Change Capability: helping clients achieve sustainable performance improvements within their organizations through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.

You will provide solutions to complex business problems requiring an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, as well as manage teams and/or work efforts

Ability to travel up to 100% is required.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of change management experience including: change management methodology, job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing or communication, training/performance support, organizational readiness, or transition to outsourcing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Communications, Media and Technology industry
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in a management consulting environment; experience working at a top-tier consultancy is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to travel Monday – Friday
