A Customer Solutions Software Engineer will provide technical expertise for deployments to our growing customer base. You will be responsible for configuring our application, building workflows, integrating with 3rd party databases and tools, writing scripts for data migration, and providing technical support to our users. You will be our eyes and ears with customers, helping understand and translate requirements into both implementation needs and feature descriptions for the product team. You excel at both coding and interpersonal communications.

We are looking for candidates at the junior, mid, and senior level.

Must-haves:

    Strong software development experience; 7+ years are required for the senior level position
    Experience developing web applications and scripting using Python, Perl, Django, Rails, JavaScript, etc
    Experience using webservice APIs (REST, SOAP)
    Experience with data modeling, information management and data flows
    Experience building integrations to 3rd party systems
    Experience working with customers
    Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science
    Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Pluses:

    Experience in genetics or biology
    Experience working in a hospital or biotech company
    Experience with EMRs (Epic, Cerner, AllScripts)
