Job Description

Insurance Processes professionals enable the processes involved in supporting the insurance industry including property and casualty insurers, life insurers, health insurers, and re-insurers.

Distribution professionals provide a wide range of services that help insurers improve their multi-channel distribution capabilities and deliver exceptional customer, agent and employee experiences.

Insurance Processes professionals enable the processes involved in supporting the insurance industry including property and casualty insurers, life insurers, health insurers, and re-insurers.develop and deliver business solutions for Cross-Insurance within Financial Services.


Qualifications

    7+ years of experience with life or P&C insurance products and processes
    7+ years of experience with agency distribution model
    7+ years of Consulting experience with a management consulting firm
    Experience with Strategy development, operating model design, and strategic roadmap formation
    Experience working across distribution channels and executing channel strategy
    Experience with call centers
    Bachelor’s Degree (Business, MIS or related)
    Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    Excellent leadership and management skills
    Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    Desire to work in an information systems environment
    Ability to travel 80% to 100%
