Job Description

You will be a part of our Client & Market team. You will develop and deliver Marketing and Distribution business solutions across Financial Services. You will work with the business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy CRM technologies (eg. SalesForce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) to a wide variety of financial services clients (Eg. Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets) at the enterprise level.  Additionally, you will uncover business requirements, to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements and align with the customer’s business strategy.


Qualifications

Must-haves:

    Bachelor Degree
    Experience working at the Senior Manager level within a top-tier management consulting firm
    Understanding of key CRM Business Architectural concepts
    Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and services processes
    Understanding of Customer Relationship support environment and the relationship between Customer Support Environment and other business units such as Sales, or Back office.
     6+ years of experience in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance)
    6+ years of CRM systems implementation experience in the financial services sector (Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance)
    4+ years of experience with at least one of the following systems: SalesForce.com, Pega, CRM Microsoft Dynamics
     Call center experience
    Strong project management skills with a proven ability to estimate, plan, and effectively execute and control projects to deliver upon scope on time within budget
    Effective people development skills with a proven ability to coach and grow project team members
    Ability to facilitate complex discussions
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    Ability to travel to clients’ sites Monday – Thursday/ Friday

Pluses:

    Experience with Customer Support environment technologies such as Computer Telephony Integration, Portal self-service, Knowledge or Case Management.
    Cloud experience
    Salesforce.com or other CRM technology Certifications
    Agile and Iterative experience

 


Additional Information

Travel Monday – Thursday/ Friday is required.
