The IT team is the foundation for all work done here. We provide the infrastructure, software, tools and applications that enable employees to deliver the worlds best Object Storage Solutions.

This role is a critical part of the R&D team, streamlining the software development workflow for all of Engineering and Project Management and providing insight into the current state of development on concurrent releases. The ideal candidate for this role would be a seasoned  software engineer with system administration experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transformation of the Product Development Eco-system.
  • Manage and evolve the Product Development tools and Management Information Systems.
  • Streamline the software development workflow.
  • Research and recommend best in class tools and practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in an IT System Administrator role directly supporting Agile/Lean software development.
  • Experience with source code management, automated deployment, and automated testing (eg Github and Jenkins)
  • Hands-on experience with Virtualization (eg VMware or Hyper-V, OVA/OVF,Docker)
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages (eg Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience with IT Automation tooling (eg Chef, PXE )
  • Proven Application Development experience (e.g., Java, C++)
  • Experience with Windows and Linux administration.
  • Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (Jira, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with cloud storage technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving methods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline
