As a Lean Software Development Project Manager, you will take a hands-on approach participating in all phases of the development lifecycle with a constant focus on accelerating the delivery of customer value.

Must-haves:

• At least 5 years of experience leading software projects through full SDLC
• Solid Software Engineering background
• Agile Project Management experience, including experience working within Agile Project Management Environments (Rally, Jira)
• At least 3 years of experience with software development practices such as Scrum or Kanban
• At least 3 years of practical experience working with Lean concepts and iterative software development life cycles
• PMI Professional certification
• Scrum Master
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Pluses:

• Master’s Degree
• Subcontractor and JDM project management experience
