support of key business processes.

Data Management professionals define strategies, develop and deliver solutions and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data lifecycle from capture to processing to usage across all layers of the application architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems
  
• Work with the senior management and clients to define and follow the strategic direction, establish goals,  and/ or define alternative approaches when needed
  
• Manage large – medium-size teams and work efforts

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of Master Data Management experience with one of the commercially available MDM tool suite
• Experience designing and architecting MDM solutions
• Experience applying MDM concepts across technology platforms (sourcing and vending of Master Data)‘
• MDM domain experience in one or more of the data domains (e.g. Product, Customer, Client, Provider, Vendor….)
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality(IDQ) and/ or Informatica MDM Hub
• MDM product installation or admin experience is a plus

• At least 8 years of project management and delivery experience, including experience leading and mentoring MDM team members
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or an analytics-related field
• Strong consulting skills paired with strong technical skills, toconvey the value of an MDM solution to the client (pros/cons,challenges, requirements needed, etc.). Candidates from top-tierconsulting firms are preferred.
• Experience implementing Data Governance Best Practices
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience with data quality, data profiling and metadata management
• Strong understanding of data structure classifications, workflow and CRUD processes
• Industry experience in one or more of the following industries:financial services- banking/insurance, resources – utilities/oil &gas, healthcare – payer/provider, government, retail, cpg,communications, high tech
• Ability to travel to clients’ sites Monday – Thursday/ Friday

• Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization
• Candidates must live on the East Coast (preferred) or Mid-West
• Candidates must be ready to travel to clients’ sites Monday – Thursday/ Friday
