Data Management professionals define strategies, develop and deliver solutions and processes for managing enterprise-wide data throughout the data lifecycle from capture to processing to usage across all layers of the application architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and solve business problems
  
• Work with the senior management and clients to define and follow the strategic direction, establish goals,  and/ or define alternative solutions as needed
  
• Manage small teams and work efforts

• At least 2 years of Master Data Management experience with recent/ current version of IBM Initiate.
  
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality(IDQ) and/ or Informatica MDM Hub
  
• Knowledge of IBM MDM features like event handling, specs, and notifications
  
• Good understanding of IBM MDM styles, architecture and its components
  
• At least 2 years of  management and technology delivery experience, including experience leading and mentoring MDM team members
  
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or an analytics-related field
  
• At least 2 years of  client-facing experience. Candidates from top-tier consulting firms are preferred.
  
• Knowledge of Data Governance Best Practices
  
• Strong understanding or hands-on experience with data quality, data profiling and metadata management
  
• Strong understanding of data structure classifications, workflow and CRUD processes
  
• Ability to travel to clients’ sites Monday – Thursday/ Friday

• Candidates must live on the East Coast (preferred) or Mid-West
