Budget Places is one of the leading online global accommodation providers, and with accommodation in over 1,500 cities, we partner with over 10,000 hotels, and process 25,000 reservations per month, and 70,000 room nights per month. As a fast-growing international company, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager (Trainee) to join us in the next phase of our exciting journey. Working as part of a dynamic, specialised and diverse team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, this role is based in our Head Office in Barcelona.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communication by phone and email with hoteliers to assist them
• Hotel Support: follow up on cancellations, over bookings and complaints
• Technical support: update pictures, review profiles, reset passwords and extranet calendar training
• Benchmark tasks: monitor the rate parity and locate the best rates and increase availability
• Account Management: improve commercial relationship and revenue management assessment
• Account Management: improve revenue in your destinations and advise hotels about internet strategies
• Assist Account Management Team where needed

Skills requirements:

•  Bachelor or Master Degree student - University Agreement required

• Multilingual profiles welcome: German mandatory. Any other European language a plus. English / Spanish are especially welcome.
• Organized- ideal candidate will handle a large volume of data and many informatics tools
• Computer savvy: comfortable with MS.Office package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar, Gsites)

Starting: August / Sept 2016

Period: 5-12 months

8 hours Flexible Schedule : 9.00 – 6.00 (1h lunch break)

Entry Level position: No experience required

Salary (net): 400 euro/month

+ Extra 1 day off per month
