For the convenience of our dealers we have two distribution and service centers in Los Angeles and New York areas. CCTV.Net's staff is highly trained and knowledgeable to support a wide variety of projects ranging in scope and complexity.

Job Description

In-person and over-the-phone technical support for computer and CCTV equipment

PC-based and embedded equipment assembly

Customer service

Occasional shipping and receiving

Qualifications

Perfect written and verbal communication skills

Solid PC hardware, software and networking knowledge

Multitasking -- work involves several roles of different nature, often almost simultaneously

Ability to assemble a PC from start to finish without supervision

Strict on-time performance, work ethics and discipline

CCTV experience preferred, but will train the right person

Able to lift up to 80Lb package (not a part of daily routine, but maybe required occasionally)
