This established global retail brand seek an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join them.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day customer service operation of a key area of the business whilst ensuring a high standard of service is provided at all times.

 

Reporting to the UK Sales Director, main duties will include:

 

  • Managing the internal Customer Service Team to maximise sales revenue and service standards
  • Championing the CRM system ensuring required standards are achieved by all users
  • Managing the teams administration process to maintain excellent communication, flow of information and accurate processing of orders
  • Reporting accurately on sales revenue, service levels, customer/stock issues etc.
  • Supporting the team’s continuous development through KPI and target setting, regular performance reviews, coaching and managing poor performance where necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in managing a customer service team (preferably in a consumer products environment)
  • Strong sales administration background with an excellent telephone manner
  • Experience of CRM systems and a working knowledge of IT software packages including Microsoft Office programmes, order entry and inventory systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships both internally and externally
  • Experience disciplining team members

Additional Information
