Job Description

CCI is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support FAA real estate reporting requirements. The FAA performs regular reporting on utility consumption and Sustainable building targets for properties under their purview. The Analyst candidate will be responsible for extracting the required information and generating all required reports on schedule. The Analyst will also perform data reconciliation and make recommendations on new data elements to be incorporated into the reporting system.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of experience in data analysis, operations research, or similar disciplines
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Understanding of Sustainability guidelines, such as the High Performance Sustainable Building (HPSB) guidance
  • Ability to manage diverse tasks and coordinate with other team members to meet production deadlines

Other desirable skills include:

  • Experience with SQL queries

Education: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering
