The Senior Web Application Developer will be responsible for design, development and delivery of our company's Java based Web Applications. The candidate will have experience interfacing with business partners as well as internal and external technical teams.

MUST HAVES 

• 7-10 years of experience developing Java Web applications in a financial services or brokerage environment 

• Front end application development skills 

• Ability to design complex systems and lead projects 

• Ability to debug and analyze complex issues 

• Understanding and implementation of Design Patterns 

• Core knowledge and experience of Spring Framework; Spring MVC; Spring Webflow; REST; AOP 

• Knowledge of Open Source Java Frameworks 

• Strong JavaScript ; HTML ;CSS ; jQuery ; Ajax 

• Proven experience working with Maven 

• Proficiency in Unix, Linux 

• SOAP Web Services; JAX-WS, JAXB, Dozer 

• Strong JSP/JSTL, JAVA, J2EE

PREFERRED 

• Experience with Test Driven Development; jUnit; Mockito, Spring Integration Tests 

• Code Repository Experience; Subversion a plus 

• Familiarity with development IDE tools like Eclipse or STS; Ability to debug/profile
