The Technical Recruiter is part of the subsidiary, now within our company's organization.

Job Description

Key responsibilities: 

• Source & contact potential candidates for full-time roles within the organization 

• Work directly with hiring managers to define and refine requisition requirements 

• Conduct initial screens, document candidate profiles, arrange phone interviews, coordinate on-site interviews, and process administrative details for candidates’ travel 

• Thorough documentation using applicant tracking system and other company tools 

• Partner with hiring teams to collect feedback and manage the candidate selection process 

• Create and deliver offers; negotiate salaries & follow up with new hires regularly until their start date and after 

• Apply creative sourcing strategies for all positions, but especially for roles with highly competitive talent pools 

• Communicate candidate statuses, decisions, and recruiting challenges to leadership via accurate and timely reporting 

• Assist with other recruitment programs and projects as needed 

• Interact on a timely basis with the client to understand specific hiring requirements

• This positions is responsible for approximately 5 requisitions a month

Qualifications

MUST HAVES 

• 4-7 years recruiting experience 

• Passive candidate sourcing experience 

• Minimum 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience 

• Minimum 2 years technical recruiting experience 

• Minimum 2 years aggressive sourcing experience 

• Must have cold calling experience 

• Must have aggressive recruiting experience 

• Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of professional work experience 

• Understanding of the technologies surrounding the eCommerce, web content or emerging technology space


PREFERRED 

• Proven ability to apply creative sourcing strategies to identify the passive job seeker and effectively recruit for multiple requisitions at once 

• Experience at a technical recruiting agency specifically working with the technology industry 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a remote team environment

• Experience with Taleo 

• Familiarity with the Consulting Industry


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Experience in direct sourcing 

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems 

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member 

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
