Job Description

Account Managers are typically responsible for a portfolio of direct customers who license the DMS, either in whole or specific to a single product line. Account Managers own the post implementation experience between the company and client base driving value realization and return on the client’s investment with us. They are responsible for initial and on-going training on the platform, providing them with strategic guidance and advice on how to leverage the tools they have licensed, recommendations on their accounts, and looking at opportunities for which we can grow their business across the DMS. They are also an escalation point for providing assistance when using the products - to provide the necessary consult and guidance in helping clients solve any challenges they may find in utilizing the products.


Our most successful Account Managers are technology-savvy individuals who have experience in digital marketing and know its value in driving company strategies. They work directly with our clients to understand business and technical requirements, and to develop solutions to ensure success.


Responsibilities:


• Provide client relationship management for all assigned clients as trusted advisor able to help clients apply our tools to achieve their business objectives 

• Assist clients to expand their usage and adoption of the company.

• Provide resources to answer clients’ questions, identifying needs for account customization and further implementation where applicable. 

• When appropriate, work closely with Sales Executive and consult with other team members (consulting/project management/engineering services/customer support) to be sure mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfaction. 

• Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed - ensuring contracts are renewed and clients can serve as references. 

• Maintain client contact and provide status updates for all outstanding issues. 

• Manage client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a timely closure of quality issues. 

• Coordinate and provide project management for professional services requests. 

• Fully understand client requests, documenting and engaging appropriate resources. 

• Drive platform innovation by providing regular feedback to internal Product and Development teams 

• Ability to perform detailed account audits to identify product needs or workflow gap 

• Communicate with clients about product updates, new product releases and features 

• Knowledge of company offerings and technologies associated with them`

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of experience managing sophisticated SaaS platforms 

• Experience managing SEM campaigns 

• Google AdWords Certified preferred 

• Experience with Digital marketing for a SaaS product 

• Candidates with Paid search experience preferred 

• Understanding of online media metrics and impact on client campaigns 

• Basic understanding of online tracking methodologies 

• Strong Excel and PPT skills 

• Extremely organized and highly motivated 

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills 

• Strong communication skills 

• Energized by being in problem-solving environment 

• Proven ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner 

• Bachelors Degree
