The Analyst role provides candidates with exciting frontline responsibility at the nexus between the capital markets and global industry. As an Analyst, your role is to connect decision-makers seeking situation-specific knowledge with industry specialists who possess it. Acting as an intermediary between our clients and targeted industry experts, your role is to take detailed client briefs, honing in on the client's knowledge gap and distilling the specialist knowledge required. You then identify, engage and deliver leading industry figures in response to these needs. Having mastered the core project management, research and communication skills, you will be given responsibility for managing your own clients, recruiting and coaching more junior colleagues, and building your own book of business.

Responsibilities include: 

• briefs with the client or their manager

• custom sourcing and vetting experts 

• delivering on the results

Also responsible for contributing to the company in ways other than their day-to-day.

• 0 - 18 months work experience 

• Internship experience or previous work experience within the financial services or a client facing role within a prestigious/reputable company/startup 

• Attained bachelor's degree by May 2014 

• Evidenced success in academic and/or extracurricular achievement (excellent GPA from a top college) 

• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English 

• Foreign language skills are a distinct advantage, particularly fluency in Spanish and Portuguese 

• The confidence and ability to thrive in a goal-focused, fast-paced environment 

• Clear sense of direction 

• Self-motivation and the desire to make a commercial impact 

• Successful team player who can coach and collaborate with others
