Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a passion for productivity, and a strong interest in collaboration. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall operations (administrative, financial and logistical) of the development of an Intelligent Collaboration Institute. The ideal candidate will have content marketing and social media marketing experience, and will be well versed in all aspects of Content Management System operation.


The core function of this position is defining course content, including the synthesis of articles and third-party content to curate meaningful and informative content for users, and coordinating the development of assessments and certifications to verify learning and retention.


Main responsibilities include:


• Defining informational content by seeking and maximizing collaborative input from authors, subject matter experts and key stakeholders


• Defining course content for intelligent collaboration certification


• Execution of the social media strategy


• Ownership of content production, content placement and content quality on both the blog and website


• Coordinating the development of assessments and certification to verify learning and retention

Qualifications

MUST HAVES:


• 3-5 years online content marketing and management experience


• 3+ years experience in social media marketing, CMS management, and blog writing


• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously to deliver work output as scheduled


• Passionate about organizational productivity and efficiency


• Enjoys reaching out to subject matter experts to grow the value of the Institute


• A strong interest or background in Collaboration technology and theory


PREFERRED:


• Involvement in organizational productivity or efficiency improvement initiatives


• Background in instructional design or training


• Strong business acumen with experience in research
