Job Description

Company is searching for a Field Marketing Manager based in Baltimore or Washington, DC to serve as the primary liaison and information source for all marketing programs for franchisees within the following markets: Washington DC, Baltimore, Harrisburg PA and Salisbury MD. There are over 40 franchise owners and over 175+ stores total. 


Field Marketing Manager's will not only drive the company brand both locally and nationally, but they will take part in setting the market strategy, and hold franchisees accountable to plan and monitor effects and changes in the market place. Looking for road warriors who prefers to be on the move as this is a field based position which spends a good majority of time on the road, working one-on-one with franchisees, leading co-op meetings and assessing the market.



Qualifications

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Ideal candidates will have approximately 6-8 years’ of experience in marketing, building sales in a multi-unit environment (preferred in Quick Service Restaurant and/or franchise environment), have a knack for analytics and perhaps most importantly, the ability to build strong relationships. Experience working with franchisees is key, and we rarely consider candidates without this piece. Ideal candidates will be familiar with the markets this position covers. Candidates without strong examples of their experience with market analytics will not be considered.
