DCI Group is seeking to fill a position to support web development for multiple clients. The web developer will work as part of a team responsible for the creative, development, evolution, operation, and day-to-day maintenance for multiple client websites, performing a variety of web crafting and multimedia tasks. The staff member will also provide technical support, including development and maintenance of many websites.

Responsibilities include:

• Front end site development/maintenance: including widgets and plugins
• Sourcing and posting site content, images, links, etc.
• Some graphic design work
• Testing and performing QA on new and existing client sites
• Other administrative and technical duties as needed

KEY QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• Displayable proficiency with WordPress, HTML and CSS
• Experience with custom coding (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, etc.), plugins development, etc.
• Familiarity with databases desired
• Proficient in the fundamentals of design imaging, basic web design and responsive design familiarity
• Dedicated work ethic and desire to always over-deliver for clients
• Personable and work well in a collaborative environment
• Creative and independent thinking with on-the-fly problem solving
• Excellent ability to get the job done every time, and to communicate where and when issues arise

REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES:

• WordPress
• Drupal
• HTML
• CSS
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (optional)
• Knowledge and understanding of the web and its intricacies
• Domain set-up
• Strong knowledge of email and/or hosting systems
