Art Director, Social
- 32 Avenue of Americas, New York, NY
360i is a fully integrated creative and media agency that helps brands capitalize on change. As a highly strategic creative and media partner with a deep understanding of how people discover brands and share stories, we don’t just react to changes in the marketplace – we predict and define them. We’re built for progressive marketers hungry for ideas that make human and business sense. By bringing together some of the smartest, most curious people with expertise in data, creativity, media, strategy, search, and social, we help our clients achieve their objectives and drive their business forward. And our hustle doesn’t go unnoticed. In 2019, we were selected for Ad Age’s A-List – our ninth consecutive year in the coveted issue. We’ve also been named Adweek’s Breakthrough Media Agency of the Year, one of Campaign’s Top 25 Most Influential Agencies, one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, and ranked amongst the best Performance Marketing Agencies by Forrester Research. That’s some range. We work with brands including 7-Eleven, Ben & Jerry’s, DSW, Kroger, Mondelez and SkinnyPop. To learn more, visit www.360i.com.
Diversity is embedded in who we are and all that we do: our mindset, our solutions, and in our teams to empower an inclusive, equitable environment. We put our people at the center, creating space for growth, understanding and learning so they can thrive. Our differences make us richer and enable stronger relationships with each other and foster greater impact for our clients. We engage with our communities to drive positive social impact by fostering equity and working to create a digital society that works for all. 360i is an agency of dentsu.
We’re looking to hire an Art Director who lives and breathes internet culture to support our rapidly growing Social Creative Lab at 360i. You will report into the Group Creative Director.
Our culture is everything. Everyone is here to make great work in a collaborative environment that runs on creative energy. We have our own studio space where people come together to create and ideate together. Pre-Covid, we’d also try and do fun things in and around the city to expand our creative horizons. We also have mentorship opportunities where you can learn skills like motion design. We also make a promise… if you join our group, you will make a lot of great work for your book.
This is what we're looking for in applicants:
Dedication to craft:
We want to make beautiful things for the internet in whatever format is deemed most relevant. We stand out in the market because every detail is considered. We consider the small things as much as we do the big.
‘Of the internet’ thinking:
We’re looking for talent that has a deep passion for people and how they activate on the internet. You’ll need to be able to connect our brands to culture and have a strong track record of consistency with groundbreaking campaigns.
1+ years of experience making social-first content
Consistency of ideas. This is our number 1 currency.
Examples of digital-first thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
Detail-oriented. We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in accountability
Things this job is NOT:
A social post factory.
We are not the ‘can you do the social posts for my TV spot’ group. We win our own clients. We run our own projects. We have our own relationships with clients (and they really are awesome).
Limited. We work whatever format makes sense for the project.
Employees from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds encouraged to apply.
