The Account Executive is responsible for increasing revenue and market share by effectively managing relationships, developing new business opportunities, and increasing music licensing with clients and prospects within television and film markets. Individuals will have the support of sales and account coordinators to provide full service infrastructure.

• Collaborate with an elite team of 12 Account Executives

• Create and Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness of new music and promotions

• Prospect new business licensing opportunities within the television and film industry

• Negotiate and process licensing for annual and needle drop licenses

• Expand client relationships through continual needs assessment and proactive growth tactics

• Manage contract and pricing negotiations

• Research and prospect new shows, campaigns and production companies to increase market share and territory revenue

• Ensure all client related contractual, financial, and music reporting obligations are met

• Achieve assigned usage quotas in designated accounts

• Minimum two years of experience in music licensing sales, preferably in production music for television and film

• Strong knowledge of a wide variety of music genres and their application to television and film productions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven background in negotiating “win/win” deals that satisfy client and internal needs

• Client first attitude

• Proficient in using Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications
