The Net America Corporation is a Woman-owned firm specializing in IT/Software Engineering & Development, Organizational & Program Management, Multichannel Contact Centers & Help Desk Services, Peer Review & Grants Management, and Conference & Logistics Support.
Responsible for providing Help Desk support to users either remotely or desk side, troubleshooting hardware and software and utilizing customer service and spoken communications skills.
3 - 5 years solid IT Support Experience
Minimal of 2 years In Bound Call Center experience
Minimal of 2 years Office 2010 and Office 2013 support
Minimal of 2 years Windows 7 support
Prefer some experience with Office 365 and OWA
Knowledge of Remedy Ticketing System is a plus
Supporting Apple Products is a plus
Apple Mac Support Technician Certification BIG plus
