eCommerce Outdoors is seeking a full-time Warehouse Shipping Assistant to assist our inventory and shipping team on a weekday basis in our Egg Harbor Township, NJ location.

Primary Duties Include:

- Unloading, opening, and organizing inbound packages
- Sorting and storing inbound inventory
- Staging inventory in the warehouse
- Picking and preparing orders for packing
- Managing and organizing cardboard for recycling
- Transporting packaging and products between nearby buildings
- Organizing and transporting outbound packages for pickup
- Keeping the warehouse and receiving areas clean and orderly

Other duties may include:

- Processing shipments using our shipping software applications
- Other misc. duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Ability to read and write English proficiently
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and climb stairs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic PC and automated shipping (UPS, etc.) experience a plus
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to communicate across company departments
- High attention to detail
- Excellent attendance record, reliable transportation
- Warehouse operations are 7:30am - 8pm, all 7 days per week

- Position requires 40 hours per week across 5 working days, weekends may be scheduled

Compensation:

Entry Level- $10 Hr, Eligible for performance bonus after 6 months of Full Time Work.
