Job Description
The Social Media Intern will work with our social media team in a progressive e-commerce environment. He/She will provide a voice and bring life to the social media websites. We are looking for someone who is driven and is a team player all around.
Day-to-day duties will include:
Sharing & engaging content on various social media platforms
Producing relevant blog content – as well as uploading/editing articles to website’s blog
Managing giveaways, contests, and promotions
Researching and following the latest holiday shopping trends
Qualifications
Education
High School education required
Minimum of 3 years of higher education with a social media/marketing experience
Successful candidates will have:
A strong understanding of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc)
Basic knowledge of HTML
Solid multi-tasking skills
Strong communication skills; verbal and written
Must be detail-oriented and organized in work habits
Working knowledge of Apple and Windows-based computer systems, email programs and internet navigation
