Job Description

Purpose 

To assume responsibility of our Global Business Operations Strategy & Communication. This role will create a cohesive strategy & communication plan across the Global Business Operations team, as we work alongside Products, Service and our Districts. This role will ensure the Global Business Operations network has the necessary development and training available to perform their responsibilities at the highest standard and will continue to develop the Process Management Fundamentals program. This role will also maintain and continue to develop District Excellence, to lead all districts in our push towards world-class.

This role will have two primary goals: 1) Ensure execution of our team strategy 2) Drive consistency and cohesiveness in our communication. These combined will lead to Operational Excellence, Employee Satisfaction and world class Customer Service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the Global Business Operations strategy and execution towards key goals
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy across all teams within Global Business Operations
  • Organize and deliver relative content in our monthly GBO calls and global newsletters
  • Continue to innovate in our methods and strategies for ongoing communications
  • Own the marketing and branding of Global Business Operations strategic and tactical work
  • Work alongside our Geography GBO resources to communicate our strategies locally
  • Oversee and drive the development of the Operational Excellence Platform (OEP)
  • Create a robust development plan for our Global Business Operations network
  • Continue to develop our Process Management Fundamentals program and focus
  • Redesign and implement our Management Review Meeting (MRM) process and tool
  • Maintain, develop and communicate on District Excellence each month
  • Improve customer and employee experiences
  • Contribute to a global operational standard to create and protect the pursuit of "Best in Class" operations
  • Advise, mentor, and support others from a leadership perspective

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to design creative solutions to meet business needs
  • Advanced analytical skills with a focus in Microsoft PowerBI
  • Product operations experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Task oriented with timeliness and accountability for results
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate at all levels
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
