Your mission: to ensure our simulations are delivered on-time and delight your clients.

How you’ll spend your time:

• During the sales process, interfacing with our business development team to understand client needs and propose customized solutions. Playing a key role in requirements analysis to fine tune solutions and cost estimates.
• Building and managing relationships with team members, sourcing both internally and externally to skillfully staff each engagement.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the design architecture and using that understanding to develop the project strategy, staffing requirements, project budgets and timelines.
• Throughout the project, inspiring commitment from your team to complete duties and responsibilities. Guiding and facilitating project activities to ensure client goals are met according to identified constraints.
• Providing leadership throughout the construction process and supporting deployment of key solutions for our clients.
• Preparing reports for your leadership, client stakeholders, and the team to make sure everyone is moving in the right direction; identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Leading retrospectives and lessons-learned meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• MS or MBA in a business or technology discipline.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a professional business environment (management consulting, software) – preferably with a top-tier professional service firm and a variety of industry exposure.
• Innovative, detail-oriented, crisp communicator who is self-confident and willing to tackle unchartered territory
• Demonstrated knowledge and thought leadership in organizational design, human capital management or change management will be a definite enhancement
• Exposure to and interest in simulation-based or rich multi-media computer-based learning
• Proven experience working in an Agile project environment where your ability to quickly deliver customer value is the objective – you may also have experience with planning tools including Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.
• Exceptional personal, written and presentation skills – executive presence – authentic, respectful and kind
• A servant leader with a gift for influencing people over whom you have no direct authority  
• Ability think on your feet and switch priorities swiftly without breaking a sweat
• Goal oriented – and driven to meet identified project success measures
• Creative problem solver and logical thinker
• Travel flexibility to 25% domestically and occasional international travel based on particular client needs
