Job Description

As a critical member of our origination team you sit on the front lines – scouting for opportunity, memorizing each mile of your territory and building strong connections with your future clients. Your competitive nature means you are driven toward success individually and as part of your team. You are passionate about connecting with people and work hard to earn their trust. Your clients know that they can count on you – and you ALWAYS deliver.


How you’ll spend your day:

• Working within your assigned geography to uncover the decision maker and private property owners of nursing homes, senior living resorts and assisted living facilities.

• Conducting outreach in a systematic manner to gain interest from owners who desire a market valuation of their properties

• Being available to answer questions, fulfill requests and follow through on commitments with all the precision of a glass-cutter

• As a problem solver, helping your clients gain insight where they need it regarding specific regulations, tax implications and state laws

• Maintaining beautiful documentation of your activity so that you can track your activity without retracing your steps

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the team:

• An undergraduate degree in a business discipline

• At least 4 years of success in an account management or inside sales role

• Highly motivated with an interest in building and growing your geographic territory – largely rural locations in the US

• Naturally strong communicator who actively and consistently connects with client contacts and wants to help them achieve the highest level of success possible.

• So passionate about your work that you continue to build relationships with your clients that lead to additional opportunities and referral business.

• Methodical and organized - you can’t imagine life without checklists

• Creative and intuitive - you can hear what’s not being said and sense a change in the way the wind is blowing from inside the building with the blinds closed

• You spend your free time building puzzles and you’re really good!

• Patient and kind – your genuine care about your clients comes through in every call, email, fax and report.
