Job Description

You are a core member of our commercial team and are responsible for ensuring that our customers are deliriously happy with their Lineup Systems products. Your talents for expanding the footprint of our existing accounts as well as making sure that our customers understand all the nooks and crannies so that they get the absolute best experience from their investment. You are always there to answer questions, estimate new projects and lend a helping hand wherever you are needed.

How you’ll spend your day:

• Leading business growth activity for existing customer accounts; working with commercial & technical teams to ensure your customers are delighted

• Monitoring and facilitating sales goals within your customer accounts

• Building strong, trusting relationships horizontally and vertically with your stakeholders in person, on the phone and through email.

• Being visible onsite with your customers to make sure they know we care

• Defining, designing and delivering training programs in order to maximize product usage

• Providing customers with quotations and negotiating the terms for new projects

• Representing Lineup Systems at trade exhibitions, events, and during demonstrations

• Evangelizing new product features to your stakeholders so they can take full advantage of them.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation so that your leadership and your sales team are always “in the know”

• Working with your product team to surface client desires and “boots on the ground” feedback that will help us enhance our product for the future

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in business, economics, CIS or related discipline 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, support, account management or customer success ina software or professional services company

• The ability to absorb technical concepts and translate them into language that articulates business value

• An intense curiosity for how businesses operate and what makes them successful

• High level skills in presentation, problem solving, business development and contract negotiation

• A gifted meeting facilitator – able to present, train and manage group meetings both in person and virtually

• A positive and energetic demeanor with the ability to exude confidence and excitement with every new challenge

• Advanced level competency with common office tools and CRM platforms

• An expert time manager – you easily leverage technology to keep yourself and your team happy, productive and on track

• Exceptional personal, written and presentation skills – executive presence – authentic, respectful and kind

• Innovative, detail-oriented, crisp communicator who is excited about tackling unchartered territory

• The ability to travel throughout North America as needed – about 50% feels comfortable

• You can think on your feet and switch priorities swiftly without breaking a sweat
