As the newest member of our growing team you will work side by side with our Sales and Estimating group to learn everything you need to be an awesome contributor. You will assist with, estimates and change orders. Your refined computer skills and ability to figure stuff out is what we’re after. 

• Working with senior estimators to create estimates and proposals for each new project

• Maintaining fluid communication between estimating and the field supervisors. 

• Building strong relationships with general contractors

• Purchasing materials in the best interest of the company to comply with the specifications for the project. 

• Pitching in wherever you can to keep us running smoothly

• Some college coursework with an emphasis on computer science, CAD or engineering but not required

• 2 years of professional work experience – preferably in the construction industry

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other standard tools of the trade

• You bring a friendly, outgoing and professional communication style with you to work every day

• You are naturally self-directed, resourceful, with an agile mind – you can switch priorities quickly and your memory is remarkable

• Passionate about making deadlines

• You have a good sense of humor, driven to excellence and able to set boundaries with a smile

• You are comfortable working in and around the Denver Metro area
