You are a gifted low voltage professional with a knack for figuring out how things work. You enjoy talking thru a technical glitch over a cup of coffee and helping even the novice facility manager through the finer points of changing their configuration. Your thirst for knowledge makes you the envy of your household – everyone comes to you when something doesn’t work.

• Responding to pre-sales inquiries in order to assess the customer’s equipment requirements

• Assisting the field team with installation and configuration of all components via phone/email support

• Providing post-sales technical support and training when needed

• Documenting inquires, support tickets and enhancement requests as input to the product development lifecycle

• Offering your spare hand to test and validate new features and product releases

• Education and aptitude in mechanical or electrical engineering

• An insatiable curiosity for how mechanical devices work and an interest in software-controlled devices

• Experience as a low voltage technician; video security, alarm, access control 

• A friendly, outgoing communication style who enjoys sharing knowledge with others

• Positive mental attitude – your glass is always half full

• Interest, passion and maybe some experience with responsive design, mobile applications

• Ability to multi-task and switch priorities as needed

• Goal oriented – and driven to meet deadlines
