Job Description

As a key member of our M&C team, you’ll be working with clients and in concert with your account team to formulate and implement a lead gen strategy, integrating relevant media and channels into a broader demand gen plan. How you might spend your day:

  • Prioritizing and executing the setup of multiple campaigns across numerous networks with oversight of the Account team and Senior Manager
  • Maintaining a pulse on, and actively researching, evolving digital marketing channels, methods, technologies and innovations that can help your clients even more!
  • Analyzing and making recommendations for SEO best practices, keyword strategies and CRO.
  • Determining the best use of multi-channel media mix including traditional, digital, and social media outlets to best meet client’s objectives
  • Managing and negotiating with our external partners
  • Monitoring program results, and making recommendations for optimization
  • Continually evaluating partner performance and fostering strong relationships that help us all achieve incredible results
  • Gathering, organizing and presenting industry/competitive research as well as market analyses
  • Compiling market analysis for a clearer view of our client’s strategy
  • Processing insertion orders, ensuring appropriate documentation of all placements and changes
  • Negotiating and targeting the best strategy to gain volume impressions, click through and CPL possible for each client.
  • Managing budgets and reconciling invoicing errors when they happen
  • Cutting loose with a joke to break up an intense day
  • Working with your team to absolutely delight your clients so that they tell everyone how awesome we are!

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business or closely related discipline
  • At least 3 years of digital marketing experience related to Media and Channels with a strong background in Paid Media and Analytics: experience designing, implementing, measuring and improving digital campaigns that leverage Paid, Earned and Owned Channels.
  • Google certifications that show us how serious you are!
  • Technically astute with AdWords, Bing, Gemini, Google Webmaster and Analytics
  • Proven results across a variety of online media channels including search, display, re-targeting, social, tele-prospecting, direct mail, email acquisition.
  • Demonstrated strength in designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns that engage, nurture and qualify highly targeted audiences and personas
  • Proficiency working with multi-channel strategies that include email, website, paid search, organic search, content marketing, social media, direct mail, traditional advertising, telemarketing and PR
  • A crazy passion for modern marketing – you can’t get enough of the trends, technology, and emerging best practices
  • A gift for collaborating to create impossible-to-ignore content that speaks directly to buyer personas rational needs and emotional drivers
  • The ability to get this far in our bullet-heavy document and not need a double espresso!
