We’re excited to announce some changes to the administrator certification! Going forward, you can choose the option that best fits your knowledge, experience, and place in your Administrator journey.

You can choose to purchase:

  • Administrator Bootcamp ($300 USD) > Join a live trainer for four, two-hour, virtual sessions that cover all of the fundamentals to configure your way to Hiring Success.
  • Administrator Certification ($250 USD) > However you learn, you can test your skills, validate your knowledge, and show off your SmartRecruiters savvy.
  • Bootcamp & Certification Bundle ($450 USD) > Combine the two to accelerate your way to becoming an expert.

We’ll also be offering some best practice webinars on specific topics (no additional cost). Watch for more information on these coming soon!

With these new offerings, we’re also changing our registration process. Log in to SmartRecruiters University to view the live sessions scheduled through October.

If you’ve never logged into SmartRecruiters University before, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on the Sign Up tab to create your student account.
  3. In the Access Code field, enter sradmincert_sru
  4. Complete the rest of the sign up fields
  5. Click the Sign Up button to go into SmartRecruiters University
