Your contribution will support our A&E initiatives through the following duties:

• Manage multiple facility design, engineering studies and construction management projects
• Manage design teams and staff to ensure projects meet budget, schedule and quality goals
• Develop proposals (including pricing information) in response to solicitations and Requests for Proposals.

Required:

• 5+ years’ experience managing/designing building design projects
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of national building codes
• Working experience in AutoCad
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred/Desirable:

• Master’s in Engineering or Construction discipline
• Professional registration (i.e. P.E.) in the State of Texas
• LEED AP, energy or sustainability background
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• BIM (Revit) experience
• Medical design experience
• Knowledge of federal and military design standards/procedures
• Working knowledge of federal government contracting
