Job Description

What is needed:
Tier II Desktop Support Technician for the DISAnet Command Center and Joint Forces Headquarters performing desktop support tasks to include hardware and software troubleshooting, network issue support, application support and technical training when required.

Shift window: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

  • Current Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
  • Security+ CE required
  • 5 years of experience working in a help or service desk environment.
  • Associates Degree
  • Experience with Remedy Ticketing System preferred.
  • Environment: Windows 10 Desktop Support, Tier II (software and hardware troubleshooting.
