Job Description

Highlight is seeking a highly qualified individual for a full-time Program Analyst position to support the Small Business Administration (SBA) Birmingham Loan Servicing Center.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills and excels in written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and a strong team player with practical knowledge of loan administration and related documentation such as financial statements and credit instruments. Also important is proven ability in providing financial analysis and extensive document preparation.  A degree in Business or Accounting is also preferred.


  • Demonstrated ability to perform the job described above.
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with conducting online research.
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Accounting)
