Job Description

Position Summary:



Contractor Liaison position is responsible for management of oversight of the
work products.  The Contractor Liaison will ensure that a quality product
is provided in a timely manner.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •   Responsible for negotiating work packages with individual contractors to include quantity and timing of completion for cases.
  • Performs as the primary interface (liaison) between management and individual contractors for the successful  roll-out.
  • Monitors workload assignment to ensure timeliness and quality standards are met for case completion
  • Negotiates and monitors premiums for work completed and approves fees
  • Monitors incentives.
  • Reviews workload assignments and  adjusts accordingly to increase capacity while maintaining quality
  • Communicates workload and capacity needs.
  • Manages administrative processes,  such as preparation of workload reports and changes to the Contractor roster
  • Initiates follow-up processes to ensure tracking, reassignment, and completion of refiled casework
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency using MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word preferred

 

Competencies:

 

Must be highly organized, ability to demonstrate strong project
management, exercise good judgment and make independent decisions
,
Manages projects as needed, Must be willing to work flexible hours,
including nights and weekends.
