Our ideal candidate will have worked 5+ years as a finance leader in an entrepreneurial company with world class processes.You　should be comfortable in using advanced business analytics, including business modeling, what-if scenarios etc. and a track record of improving financial processes, automating tasks, providing insight regarding financial performance, and ability to present and defend ideas in front of senior and executive leadership.More important than any of those skills and prior experiences is the attribute that you have an extraordinary level of personal initiative and proactivity, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once, a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations, have strong bilingual (J/E) communication skills, both in written and verbal form.A proven ability to manage, mentor and motivate small teams will be needed for this role a well. An MBA and/or CPA and/or CFA desirable, but not required.
