ABOUT THE POSITION

This role will initially and primarily be responsible for all HR-related activities and issues in an HR Business Partner capacity for one of the assigned business unit(s) of our client-company (n.b.: to be determined later based on candidate capabilities and skills). On a secondary role and future job expansion, the position holder may be asked to lead the planning, design and implementation/execution of mid-career recruiting strategies and manage the entire recruiting process to attract and retain the right talent for the organization.

As a Business HR Partner, you will be tasked to help the business unit in terms of its:
•Organization Development
•Succession Planning and People Development
•Talent acquisition (internal & external recruiting)
•Head Count and Payroll Management
•HR Policy Implementation
•Employee Relations, etc.

When you have demonstrated that you can expand your job to include Mid-Career Recruiting, you will be tasked to :
1.Perform staffing agency audit and selection and identified preferred staffing agencies;
2.Build strong business and professional relationships with recruiting agents;
3.Coach recruiting agents on how to market the company to the talent market.
4.Arrange, coordinate, or conducted (as needed) interview training sessions with relevant hiring managers;
5.Optimize and manage the entire interview process; and,
6.Develope an effective on-boarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

•Effective bi-cultural and with bi-lingual communication abilities (J/E).
•Strategic in mindset and has the mind set to challenge the status quo and think out-of-the-box
•Change agent experience and able to put forward HR’s own agenda into the business unit

WORKING EXPERIENCE
•Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience preferably on an HRBP capacity.
•Working experience in a multi-cultural environment is required to understand diverse culture and thus have the ability to cope with cultural complexity.
•Experience working on the business side highly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
1.High level of English fluency (at least TOEIC 850)
2.Effective IT literacy in Windows and MS-Office (Excel, & PowerPoint)
3.Proven leadership skills

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
A University degree in any discipline.
