The role
As Junior sous chef you will support the head chef and sous chef in the smooth running of the michelin kitchen. Cooking to creative Michelin dishes. This role includes all the normal junior sous chef duties.
Experience
we are looking for a junior sous chef with previous experience as a junior sous chef or a Senior chef de partie ready for a step up to junior sous chef.
