Head Chef –New concept being rolled out – up to £28,000 – required for a restaurant in Manchester. This restaurant concept is a new concept which will be rolled out across the north of England to 20 sites over the next couple of years. The restaurant is popular for afternoon teas as well as evening meals and cocktails. Head chef to run this kitchen and be part of the expansion.
 
Role:
 
As Head chef you will run the kitchen on a daily basis and have input onto the menus.  Food will be served from 8am, with the restaurant open for evening meals Thursday, Friday and saturday.  You will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and this head chef role will include all the normal head chef duties.
 
This role could very easily turn into a Group Executive Chef / Area manager position as they have plans to open up to 20 other sites over the next couple of years.

 
Experience:
 
The Owners are looking for a head chef who has experience within fast paced outlets and who is also very hands on in the kitchen. You will have experience on pastry and with afternoon teas as well as a experience with allergies ie gluten free cooking.
