Head Chef – up to £30k + bonus – Highly recommended Gastro pub – Cheshire – Extended kitchen – A top gastro pub in Cheshire is currently recruiting for a Head Chef. Easily commutable from Chester the gastro pub has an excellent reputation and high standards that the new Head chef will continue. The Head chef will be able to exploit all of the best local produce.

Role:

As Head chef you will have full responsibility for the kitchen. As head chef you will design the seasonal menu using the best local sourced ingredients. As Head chef you will also help in the planning of a kitchen extension which will be happening this year. All other normal Head chef duties will be assumed.

Experience:

The owners are currently looking for Head chef with a very high standard fresh food background. A head chef with a 1 rosette background would be a great candidate however this is not essential. This could be a great opportunity for an experienced Sous chef to take on their first Head chef position.
