Job Description

David and the whole CSM team is eagerly waiting for you to fulfil the following mission :

Taking over our sales team and following the closing you’ll be the account manager and be responsible of your own clients portfolio. You will oversee both French and English speaker key accounts ensuring clients retention and closing add-on sales.

You’ll be the main touchpoint of the client at iAdvize. As such you need to have an excellent knowledge of the solution and the overall environment to deliver premium experience to our clients.

Your analytical mind and customer-oriented approach will ensure to build a strong relationship with iAdvize clients and have them deploy new iAdvize features;

Qualifications

With a strong sales background, you ideally worked 2 to 5 years in a Customer Success team as a "farmer", ideally in a BtoBtoC market close to key accounts.

Native level in English.

You are curious, value centric and you want to satisfy your customers. 

You are autonomous, rigorous, organised and a high-energy individual. You have excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills

Additional Information

Location : Paddington, London (2 weeks on-boarding in Nantes, France)

Salary: Attractive / Base + Variable (% turnover generated) uncapped

Contract type: Permanent contract, full time

Availability : January 2018
