Job Description

As part of our expansion in Europe, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager in Düsseldorf. 

The German market represents a huge potential for iAdvize. We are already working with top brands such as TUI, Lufthansa, Media Markt or Volkswagen. We constructed a small and organized team composed of top talents. In order to continue this great adventure we need you as our new Customer Success Manager!

You will interact on a daily basis with the Sales and Customer Engagement department. Your number one mission: ensure that our customers find high value in ibbü and iAdvize!

You will follow our major clients based in the DACH market. In a nutshell, your main missions are :

  • Establish a strong relationship with our new and existing accounts.
  • Business analysis: analyse data and metrics in order to help define strategies and scenarios to allow brands to connect with visitors in the right place at the right time. 
  • Guarantee the quality and the optimization of our service to our customers.
  • Support Key Account Managers during the presale and the closing phases 
  • Set-up expansion strategies within your portfolio by working closely with the Key Account Managers and the Customer Success Strategist.

As a new talent in our team, you will have a dedicated onboarding for 2 weeks in our Headquarter in Nantes, France. You will come to France a few times during the year.
