To conquer our market, we need you as our new US Sales Development Representative (SDR). As a SDR, you'll be responsible for creating interest and developing conversations with contacts at mid-level and enterprise corporations with Account Based Marketing (ABM). Team members are passionate about the ongoing transformation of inside sales to something that is personal, value-filled, and representative of social disruption. You will work closely with our marketing and sales executives in their efforts to sign new logos with major US retailers (Samsung, Lowes, UnderArmour, REI)
You will seek out new leads and account opportunities through active networking and sending personalized 1:1, strategic, value-add emails, phone calls (warm and cold) and social messages
You will be able to quickly research a company, identify opportunities, and strategize an approach to generate interest in the iAdvize value proposition
You will profile and qualify potential prospects based on ABM criteria
You will develop relationships with prospects and secure meetings for Account Executives
Not only will you develop your business development skills within an exciting SaaS company, you will also be part of a fun and collaborative team where your impact will be felt immediately. This position reports to the US Marketing Director and has the possibility to evolve or advance into a Sales or Marketing-centric role as opportunities permit.
Your daily tasks include:
Research and track account & industry trends,
Align prospect’s strategic initiatives to the iAdvize offering,
Identify key decision-makers within target accounts,
Build hyper-personalized content to support outbound efforts,
Reach out to prospects to introduce iAdvize value proposition
Coordinate logistics & timing of ABM material sent to prospects
Secure meetings with prospects and manage follow-up.
Within 1 month you will understand the iAdvize value proposition, prospect profile, and communication strategies. You will also begin to ramp up your targeted accounts, contacts, & weekly touchpoints.
Within 2-3 months you will begin to secure meetings, targeting between 10-20 accounts, 80-120 active prospects, and 400-500 weekly touch points
Within 3-6 months, you will begin to cycle through unresponsive accounts, manage & develop your own prospecting queue, and select new accounts from the open pool. You will also begin to work on more advanced strategic outreach
Between year 1 and 2, you will be eligible to manage potential opportunities at early stages and/or take on sales responsibilities.
This is a phone call heavy role, so an ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with new people on voice and at times, video.
0-2 years in an SDR/BDR role
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Humanities, Communications or Business)
Resourceful and solution-oriented. You’re autonomous in finding solutions to problems.
Engaged. You have lots of energy and want to learn.
Creative Orator. You communicate well on the phone, and understand how to craft messages for your target based on their needs & preferences.
Persistent Mindset. You are ready for the hunt and understand the drive and effort required to succeed.
- US Employment Visa required. We do not accept F1, J1, M1. We can accept OPT with one-year duration.
- Type of Contract: Permanent contract, full time
- Salary: $45-$55k +$10-20k bonus incentives, depending on experience
