What’s the story?
In 2010, Julien Hervouët and Jonathan Gueron set out on a mission to add a human touch to online customer service. They founded iAdvize and today, the startup has become the leading real-time customer engagement platform in Europe. Today, 170 people, from 12 different countries work for iAdvize in Nantes, just 30 minutes away from the French Atlantic coast.
We are now looking for the right person to help us set up shop in Germany.
You will be in charge of communication and representing iAdvize in the DACH market.
As a member of the marketing team, your role is to develop the reputation and visibility of iAdvize and generate business opportunities on this market.
You will contribute to defining the marketing strategy on the German speaking markets in close collaboration with the german sales team and will be responsible for its successful implementation. You will also work alongside the other members of the marketing team (events manager, webdesigner, inbound marketer…).
To be considered for this position, you must be a native german speaker or completely bilingual.
You have experience in press relations and community management (Good press coverage is a cause for celebration)
You have a BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline.
You are familiar with at least one of the following industries: tech, eCommerce, customer service or digital marketing.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and very good presentation skills.
Highly organized, you are able to manage your workload and prioritise.
