iAdvize is a conversational commerce platform. We enable businesses to improve online customer service and boost commerce sales by providing their customer support agents with a user-friendly solution. With iAdvize, companies can also connect their brand advocates with their websites visitors enabling them to chat in real-time.
We work with companies such as Air France, BMW, House of Fraser, The Kooples and Monster WW; 2,500 websites worldwide use iAdvize.
What’s the story?
In 2010, Julien Hervouët and Jonathan Gueron set out on a mission to add a human touch to online customer service. They founded iAdvize and today, the startup has become the leading real-time customer engagement platform in Europe. Today, 180 people, from 12 different countries work for iAdvize in Nantes, just 30 minutes away from the French Atlantic coast.
You will create and develop a portfolio of key-account clients on the German market.
You will manage the entire sales cycle of your clients. You will identify, prospect and sign large companies that provide online customer service to their clients.
Once the account is signed you will intervene in the account management of your clients to cross and up-sell.
You will ensure the reporting of your commercial activity directly to your sales manager.
With a sales background, you have 5 to 10 years' experience in prospection and developing a portfolio of key-account clients (necessary), ideally acquired in BtoB web or IT sales solutions in Germany
You must have high proficiency in German
You have a strong interest in new technologies. You want to be part of an entrepreneurial adventure and participate in the development of an innovative customer service solution in Europe.
Trips to Germany will be necessary. You are able to work autonomously.
Sales experience in the customer relationship management sector is a plus.
