Offering train, flight and bus utility & bookings, the company applies AI for deal discovery, personalized recommendations, airfare predictions & alerts, train delay prediction, PNR confirmation prediction and automated customer service.
We are seeking a Sr. Manager/Head, Corporate Development and Investor Relations to work closely with the CXO’s and strategy team supporting growth through effective execution of potential M&A opportunities, strategic investments and driving investor relations.
What You'll Do:
Drive and supports the M&A process, including the evaluation, analysis, due diligence, negotiation and execution of potential opportunities.
Drive and support the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of investor presentations, earnings scripts, and Q&A
Collaborate cross-functionally to determine key narratives and messaging to the investment community
Manage relationships with investors, prepare executives for investor meetings and also meet investors
Making Board / Committee presentations
Conducts market research, monitors competitive landscape, and develops an informed perspective on the ecosystem
Performs ad-hoc projects supporting other business units or functions across the company
Managing the company's relationships and coordinating with various service providers such as investment banks and external subject matter (tax, legal, accounting etc) experts as required.
Enhance corporate development and investor relations processes
What you have:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent experience from a tier 1 college or university
5+ years of experience in Finance with an emphasis in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a similar field
Experience with capital markets or e-commerce is a plus
Experience managing relationships with senior executives, both internally and externally
Demonstrated ability to both lead and support, whether it is leading a project or driving independent analysis
Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation methodologies
Good negotiation skills
