 Our Company is planning to Move our operations to Niles, IL before the end of 2015.

• Provide technical support via telephone/email for IP based Nurse Call hardware & software
• Daily communication with national technology partners
• Occasional travel required to provide on-site commissioning of Jeron systems with our partners
• Assist with technical training at corporate facility for distributor certification

• 3+ years of related hardware technical support and IP network experience required
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in computing skills, including Windows and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of change
• Excellent problem solving and hardware troubleshooting skills with attention to details
• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• Background in Nurse Call, Intercom/Telephony, Access Control or Fire systems preferred
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science
